By accessing the Service, joining a waitlist, or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1Nature of the Service — Educational Only
The Service provides general, impersonal market commentary, educational content, and automated trading signals relating to futures and options markets. All content is published on a one-to-many basis to all subscribers and is not tailored to, or based on, the individual financial situation, objectives, holdings, or risk tolerance of any person.
Nothing in the Service constitutes, and nothing should be construed as: (a) investment, financial, legal, tax, or trading advice; (b) a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, or hold any security, futures contract, option, or other instrument; or (c) a representation that any transaction is suitable for you. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.
2No Registration; No Advisory Relationship
WULI ALPHA is not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the National Futures Association (NFA), or any state regulator as an investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, commodity pool operator, broker-dealer, or futures commission merchant. The Service does not create any advisory, fiduciary, brokerage, or agency relationship between you and WULI ALPHA.

3Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You represent that your use of the Service complies with all laws applicable to you, and that you are not located in, or accessing the Service from, any jurisdiction where the Service is prohibited.
4Waitlist, Subscriptions & Billing
The Service may be offered on a free waitlist basis and/or as a paid subscription. Where paid subscriptions are offered, billing, renewals, and cancellations are processed by a third-party provider ([PAYMENT PROCESSOR, e.g. Whop / Stripe]) subject to that provider's own terms. You authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until you cancel.
- Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Cancellation. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the then-current billing period.
- Refunds. [State your refund policy — e.g. "All sales are final" or "Pro-rated refunds within X days."]
- Price changes. We may change prices prospectively with notice; changes do not affect the current paid period.
5License & Acceptable Use

- Resell, redistribute, relicense, publish, or share signals, alerts, or content with any third party;
- Share your access, credentials, or channel membership with others;
- Scrape, copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative products from the Service;
- Use the Service in any unlawful, abusive, or infringing manner.
We may suspend or terminate access for any violation.
6Intellectual Property
The Service, including all content, signals, software, branding, and the WULI ALPHA name and marks, is owned by or licensed to WULI ALPHA and is protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
7Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third parties including, without limitation, Telegram, our payment processor, hosting, email, and market-data providers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their terms and policies.
8Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR PROFITABLE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY RESULTS, RETURNS, OR PERFORMANCE. TRADING INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF LOSS. See the Risk & Regulatory Disclosure.
9Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WULI ALPHA AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY TRADING OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE [3 / 6 / 12] MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WULI ALPHA from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your trading decisions, or your breach of these Terms.
11Termination
We may suspend or terminate the Service or your access at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your license ends and the surviving provisions (including Sections 6, 8–10, and 12) continue to apply.
12Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
